Beat My Math account settings

Delete your account.

Permanently delete your Beat My Math account here or from Profile → Account → Delete Account. Sign in with your nickname and password, then confirm deletion with your password. A deletion is complete only after you receive confirmation.

What is removed

Your nickname, password hash, player profile, all login sessions, private practice attempts and live game state are removed from the application database. Unused question sets are removed. Your nickname becomes available again. Account deletion cannot be undone.

What remains anonymous

Shared challenges and their question sets remain available to other players. Your name becomes “Deleted player”. An anonymous participant ID, mode, result, timing and challenge links remain to preserve standings. Private wrong-answer details are removed. Unfinished shared attempts end as failed. Previously shared links may still show these anonymous results.

Logs and backups

Deletion applies immediately to the application database when confirmed. Operational logs rotate separately, and deletion does not edit existing backups. A finite log/backup retention policy and a restore procedure that reapplies deletions are required before public release and are still pending. This page does not promise that historical copies have already been purged.

There is no email-based password recovery. You need your account credentials to authorize deletion.
